Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, connect with, and engage potential business clients - Conduct outbound sales calls and convert leads for B2B services- Build and maintain relationships with key decision- makers- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions- Achieve and exceed sales targets via effective pitching and negotiation- Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service deliveryQualifications & Skills:- Undergraduate degree (any specialization); postgraduate preferred- 6 months to 3 years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in telecom/energy/cybersecurity- Proven track record in outbound sales and exceeding targets- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving and client-centric mindset- Self-motivated, target-driven, able to thrive in fast-paced settings- Tech-savvy: experienced in CRM systems, sales tools, Excel, PowerPoint (ref:updazz.com)
