Strategic Client Acquisition:- Conduct systematic market research to identify and qualify potential B2B clients and key decision-makers (e.g., HR Heads, L&D Managers, CXOs) within target organizations.- Proactively schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations at target company locations to introduce our services and build rapport.- Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies, focusing on a consultative selling approach to uncover L&D pain points and business challenges.- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.2.
