As a Business Development Executive in a PhD Assistance company, you will connect with research scholars, students, and professionals to understand their academic needs. You will explain the company s services (like proposal writing, thesis support, journal publications, editing, and research guidance) and help them choose the right solutions. Your main goal is to bring in new clients, maintain good relationships, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to students, research scholars, and professionals through calls, emails, and meetings.- Explain PhD assistance services clearly (proposal, manuscript, paper publication, thesis, editing, etc.).- Identify client requirements and suggest the right solutions.- Follow up with interested clients and convert them into business.- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.- Work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.- Keep proper records of client interactions and prepare sales reports.- Participate in workshops, seminars, or events to promote services.Qualifications & Skills:- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (management background is a plus).- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or academic services (freshers with good communication are welcome).- Strong communication and convincing skills.- Ability to understand academic/research-related needs.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
