Job Title Relationship Manager (CRE)Position Overview:The Sales Manager will drive the growth of the CRE business by acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring the delivery of business goals. The role requires hands-on sales experience in the CRE sector and strong local market knowledge.Sector: Commercial Real Estate Location: Mumbai & BangaloreKey Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition: - Identify and acquire new clients, including developers and businesses, for CRE products such as LAP and construction finance. o Build strong relationships with brokers and referral partners to generate leads.2. Business Development: - Drive sales targets by effectively pitching products to potential clients. o Ensure timely onboarding of clients and seamless execution of deals.3. Market Intelligence: - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the Hyderabad region.4. Risk and Compliance: - Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. o Collaborate with credit and risk teams for smooth deal closure.5. Reporting: - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market activities to the Zonal Sales Leader.Key Skill & Qualifications Key Skills and Competencies: - Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven experience in CRE lending.

-Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRE sales.
-Education: Bachelor s degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
