Job Description
Position Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing offline sales and distribution channels within the home appliances industry. You will play a key role in expanding our distributor network, increasing retail sales, and ensuring strong market penetration across targeted regions.If you are a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for growth and market leadership, we would love to have you on board to help take us to new heights!Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):- Expand Distribution Network:- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and dealers in targeted regions to ensure widespread product availability.- Retail Channel Optimization:- Collaborate with retail partners to improve product placement and visibility, executing promotional campaigns and incentive programs to enhance retail engagement.- Achieve Sales Targets:- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by optimizing distribution and retail strategies.- Market Intelligence & Analysis:- Stay informed on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights and feedback to management.- Promotional Campaigns:- Plan and execute dealer and distributor incentive programs. Assist in supporting offline marketing initiatives like trade shows, exhibitions, and regional events.- Performance Tracking:- Monitor sales performance and track market data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Experience Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience in offline sales and distribution management, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.- Proven success in building and managing distributor networks and consistently exceeding sales targets.Job Description:- Sales Executive - Offline Sales DistributionSkills & Attributes Required:- In-depth knowledge of offline distribution strategies, inventory management, and retail sales.- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.Other Requirements:- Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and distributor/retailer engagement.- Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.Commission Model:To drive motivation and reward high performance, the selected candidate will be offered a commission-based earnings structure in addition to fixed salary.
