General Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in maximizing their field:time efficiency by managing sales administrative tasks and coordinating activities with other related functions.

Facilitate price approvals by coordinating with Sales and Pricing teams.

Provide inventory and material availability updates to support proposal bidding.
:
Collaborate with SE team to validate BoQs and suggest alternative MIDs based on supply.
:
Ensure timely distributor order placement and accurate order logging with CSO; verify quote:to:PO alignment.
:
Liaise with Legal for OEM authorizations and bid approvals.
:
Keep stakeholders informed on billing status for key projects.
:
Monitor weekly sales projections vs. bookings; support Sales in report preparation.
:
Partner with Planners and CSO for material provisioning and delivery coordination.
:
Manage logistics with distributors and partners to ensure timely deliveries.
:
Conduct quarterly assessments of Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Sales (POS) data.
:
Address operational queries from CSO, Planners, and Plants.
:
Handle distributor support tasks including PO amendments, order execution issues, and site warranty tracking.
Required Qualifications for Consideration

Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
:
8 years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain Coordination within technology or manufacturing sectors.
:
Deep knowledge of sales processes, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
Proficient in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.
:
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
:
Familiarity with legal and bid approval procedures.
:
Collaborative and proactive problem:solver.
Resilient under pressure with a customer:first mindset.
