To turn every journey into an epic story. Your Role: As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be the voice and energy behind our travel experiences. You ll guide clients through destination options, build custom itineraries, close sales, and ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to booking. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp Understand clients ' travel needs and provide tailored package options Convert leads into confirmed bookings through excellent communication and follow-ups Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to finalize logistics Keep updated with the latest destinations, packages, and trends Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Requirements: 1 3 years of experience in travel sales or a related customer-facing role Strong communication and persuasion skills (English and Hindi preferred) Passion for travel and a good understanding of the Himalayas, like Ladakh, Spiti, Tawang, Uttarakhand, Nepal, Bhutan etc. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic travel tech platforms Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays (with compensatory time off) What We Offer: Competitive salary sales incentives Opportunity to travel and explore destinations Fun, fast-paced, and youthful work culture Learning and growth opportunities in the travel domain Employee discounts on trips and merchandise Ready to ride the road less traveled?
