Customer Support Executive

From online puja bookings to astrology consultations and spiritual products, we aim to make traditional practices accessible, seamless, and authentic. Role Overview: We re looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our customers helping them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience across all our spiritual services. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with empathy and professionalism.
• Guide customers on puja bookings, astrology consultations, and product purchases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, technical) to resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Handle escalations and provide solutions within defined timelines.
• Gather customer feedback to improve overall experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 0 2 years of experience in customer support (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal & written).
• Strong listening, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced spiritual-tech environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce or service-based customer support.
• Understanding of spiritual or astrology-related services (a plus).
• Multilingual ability (Hindi/English/Regional languages).
