Screening & Shortlisting: To evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, cultural fit, and compensation expectations, conduct preliminary phone and video interviews. Interview Coordination: Arrange and oversee the logistics of multi-phase interviews between hiring managers and candidates to guarantee a smooth experience for both sides. Applicant Tracking: To monitor candidate progress and offer real-time hiring data, have an up-to-date and clean applicant tracking system (ATS).
