About NNIIT NNIIT is a fast-growing EdTech organization delivering industry-relevant and outcome-driven learning programs. We empower students and professionals with the right skills and career guidance. Roles & Responsibilities - Conduct online and offline student and parent counseling sessions.
-Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
-Participate in field visits, walk-ins, campus interactions, seminars, and events.
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
-Maintain accurate lead and conversion data using CRM tools.
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
-Handle objections and ensure a positive customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in EdTech sales / business development.
-Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
-Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in the field.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel.
-Willingness to work from Hyderabad office.
