About NNIIT:NNIIT is a fast-growing EdTech organization focused on K9-K12 education, delivering structured academic programs aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards. We operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment with zero tolerance for consistent underperformance. Role Overview:We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Development Associate who can independently handle high-intent leads, advanced counselling, and closures in the EdTech domain. Only candidates with minimum 4 years of EdTech sales or academic counselling experience will be considered. Domain switchers and freshers are strictly not eligible. Key Responsibilities:- Own the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification to enrollment.
-Counsel parents and students (K9-K12) with deep product and curriculum knowledge.
-Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
-Handle high-ticket closures and complex objections independently.
-Ensure 100% CRM hygiene (Zoho / LeadSquared or equivalent).
-Act as a mentor to junior BDAs when required.
-Strict adherence to attendance, reporting, and sales SOPs.Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):- Minimum 4 years of EdTech sales experience (K9-K12 mandatory).
-Strong knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, State Board, Neet And Jee structures.
-Proven record of target achievement in previous roles.
-Excellent communication in English regional language (Telugu/Hindi preferred).
-Experience working with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
-Candidates without EdTech experience will not be shortlisted.Performance Expectations During Probation (6 Months):- Minimum target achievement required every month.
-Quality counselling and conversion ratio will be closely monitored.
-Failure to meet expectations may result in extension or termination during probation. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in any field (Marketing, Education, or Business preferred).
-Experience in tele sales, counselling, or B2C EdTech environments.
-Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory - Prior experience in handling parents and school-aged learners is a plus.
