Key Responsibilities-New Business Acquisition : Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across various sectors through a blended approach of online and offline sales strategies.Client Engagement : Conduct in-person meetings and virtual presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our marketing services.Online & Offline Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies for both digital (e.g., social media campaigns, email marketing) and traditional (e.g., print ads, events, direct mail) marketing services.Lead Generation : Actively generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and key industry contacts.Travel : Be prepared to travel regularly to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in both online and offline marketing.Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.Required Skills & Qualifications :Education : Any Graduate (BBA or MBA in Agribusiness/Marketing is a significant advantage).Experience : 1-3 years in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
