Job Title - Sales & BDExperience - 2-6 yearsLocation -PuneWork Mode - Work From OfficeMust Have s- 3 years Experience must be in EV components/ Automotive Components- Knowledge of EV motors, controllers, inverters, or related EV componentsRole Overview:- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic business growth in the electric mobility segment. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities and managing key customer relationships for EV powertrain solutions across L2, L3, L5, and LCV applications.- This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and market insight to expand business opportunities in traction motors, inverters, and other powertrain components.Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth for EV powertrain solutions across targeted vehicle segments.- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.- Build and manage strong relationships with Indian automotive and EV OEMs.- Lead customer engagements from RFQ to project closure.- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, etc.).- Manage the complete lifecycle of automotive/EV OEM programs.- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.- Travel extensively across Western India to support business development activities.Qualifications & Experience Required:- Minimum 2 years of experience in EV components or automotive components (Tier-1 supplier preferred).Sound knowledge of:- Traction Motors- Controllers/Inverters- EV Powertrain Components- Strong understanding of the complete automotive/EV OEM program lifecycle.- Proven track record of working with Indian automotive/EV OEMs.- Established network of senior-level contacts within Indian OEMs.- Strong technical aptitude with strategic planning capability.- Excellent customer engagement and relationship management skills.- Proficiency in spoken and written English.- Strong presentation and communication skills.- Team-oriented with effective networking abilities.- Willingness to travel across Western India.
