With teams across London, Dubai, and New Delhi, we focus on high-impact mentoring, tutoring, and strategic guidance for ambitious students.Role Overview- We are looking for a Senior Growth & Business Development Associate to support business growth by -managing leads, engaging prospective clients, and driving deals to closure. This role requires a consultative, detail-oriented professional who can work with an elite client base and manage the sales process end-to-end.- The role involves close coordination with advisory, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth client journey, from initial interaction through onboarding. Prior experience in B2B or relationship-led sales environments is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities :1) Work on inbound and outbound leads through structured conversations.2) Shortlist and qualify leads based on eligibility, requirements, and overall fit.3) Manage the sales process end-to-end, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.4) Engage with an elite, high-value client base in a professional manner.5) Coordinate sales operations including scheduling calls, meetings, and follow-ups.6) Ensure timely completion of forms, documentation, and onboarding requirements.7) Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deal progress.8) Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handover post-closure.9) Develop and manage school partnerships to drive lead generation.Key Skills & Competencies :1) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.2) Structured, process-driven approach to sales and follow-ups.3) Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.4) High level of professionalism and client-handling maturity.5) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience & Qualifications1) 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships.2) Experience working with premium, high-ticket, or relationship-driven sales.3) Exposure to sales operations and Zoho CRM system is mandatory.4) Proven experience working with HNI and UHNI clients.Why Join Us?1) Opportunity to work with an elite, global client base2) High ownership role with direct exposure to leadership3) Fast-growing organization with clear growth opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
