Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Sales Manager who understands the IT services landscape and knows how to convert conversations into long-term clients. This role is not about random cold calling - it s about building real relationships, understanding business problems, and positioning the right IT solutions.If you have sold software development services, SaaS products, AI solutions, cloud services, or IT consulting before - we would like to speak with you.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities (domestic and/or international markets)- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline- Reach out to prospects- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements- Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and cost estimates- Present solutions confidently to decision-makers (CXO / Founders / IT Heads)- Negotiate pricing and close deals- Maintain long-term relationships with clients- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets- Keep CRM or similar system updated with accurate sales dataWhat We re Looking For:- 2-5 years of experience in IT services or software sales- Proven track record of closing B2B deals- Understanding of web development, mobile apps, cloud, AI, or enterprise solutions- Strong communication and presentation skills- Comfortable handling international clients (US/Europe preferred)- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)- Self-driven and target-oriented mindsetGood to Have:- Existing client network- Experience in selling AI-based solutions or SaaS platforms- Exposure to global marketsCompensation:- Fixed salary performance-based incentives- High commission structure for closed deals- Growth opportunity into Business Head / Sales Director role (ref:updazz.com)
