SLA & TAT Management: Strike a balance between the accuracy and "Turnaround Time" needed for back-office data processing and the "Average Handle Time" for calls. Inbound Query Handling: Answer calls during busy times or for complicated escalations that cannot be effectively handled via email or chat. Focus Skills: The capacity to smoothly transition between a formal "voice" tone and a structured "written" style. Listening and taking notes: The ability to accurately type notes into the system while simultaneously paying attention to a customer's verbal signals. Typing Proficiency: At least 30 to 35 words per minute with great accuracy. Problem-Solving: The capacity to act quickly during a call while retaining the patience needed for thorough data entry.
