Job Description
Role Overview:The Business Development Manager will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for Autodesk solutions (AEC, BIM, ACC, etc.) and Krion consulting services across India. The role involves enterprise sales, strategic account development, and pipeline management across key sectors like AEC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and EPC.Key Responsibilities :Sales & Business Development :- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Autodesk licenses and Krion services- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (MQL - SQL - Closure)- Drive license sales, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities- Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, IT heads, BIM leaders, and project stakeholdersMarket Coverage :- Expand footprint across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities- Target industries: Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Govt/PSUsSolution Selling :- Position ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), BIM, Digital Twin, and automation solutions- Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams for demos, POCs, and proposalsAccount Management :- Manage key accounts and ensure customer retention and expansion- Drive license compliance and true-up opportunitiesReporting & Forecasting :- Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho)- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reviews and closers with margin.Experience Required :5-10 years in B2B sales (minimum 3 years in Autodesk / AEC / SaaS / BIM domain preferred)Proven track record in:- Enterprise/solution sales- Software or consulting salesExperience in selling:- Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit, ACC, BIM 360) preferred- OR similar SaaS / engineering / digital platformsIf interested Mail to or 9894329451 (ref:updazz.com)
