Voice Process Executive Professional Voice Handling Job Description: Responsibilities: Real-Time Customer Support: Handle a large number of incoming and outgoing calls from customers every day, responding to their questions promptly, accurately, and professionally. Active Customer Consultation: Pay close attention to what customers are saying, troubleshoot at the source, map out suitable company solutions, and provide clear explanations of service terms. CRM Log Maintenance: As soon as every call is finished, update client accounts and record accurate call-disposition metrics in the central customer relationship management CRM database. Escalation Path Navigation: In accordance with business policies, identify and direct complicated technical issues or urgent customer complaints to the assigned tier-two expert teams. Service Level SLA Compliance: Maintain stringent personal performance monitoring that aligns with company standards, with an emphasis on optimizing First Call Resolution FCR and Average Handling Time AHT reduction. Incentive & Portfolio Pitching: During service calls, proactively identify customer profiles that are eligible for product upgrades, pitch corporate value-add-ons, and soft-sell premium plans. Customer De-Escalation & Recovery: Use tactical communication strategies to gently handle irate, irritated, or perplexed callers in order to reduce stress and restore brand trust.
