Customer Relationship & Escalation Management: Show empathy for irate clients, ease tense situations, and, in accordance with normal operating protocols, escalate complicated, unsolvable problems to Team Leaders or Subject Matter Experts SMEs. Quality and Adherence Adherence: Uphold adherence to quality audit standards, script rules, client privacy policies data security, and standard call quality parameters. Required Skills: Verbal Communication & Listening Skills: Excellent English telephone etiquette, neutral accent, good diction, and active listening skills. Customer Empathy & De-escalation Mastery: Proven capacity to manage challenging customer encounters and de-escalate irate callers while remaining composed, patient, and sympathetic under duress. CRM & Multi-Tasking Efficiency: Practical experience using CRM systems Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or custom tools while taking precise notes and actively interacting with callers.
