We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with at least 5 years of previous experience in property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, managing them through the buying/selling process, and meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for developing relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively respond to incoming inquiries from various channels including digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals. Engage with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support consistent business growth.- Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties. Guide clients through the buying/selling process from initial inquiry to deal closure.- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through effective lead conversion, client engagement, and strategic selling efforts.- Arrange and conduct professional property tours and site visits. Highlight key features, pricing, and local amenities to support client decision-making.- Negotiate pricing and terms with buyers and sellers to secure win-win agreements. Ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and on time.- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity.- Provide clients with accurate, data-backed insights for informed decisions.- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and disclosure documents.
