Business Development Officer

Role Overview We seek a driven and personable& Business Development Officer (BDO)& to lead outreach efforts with medical stakeholders across the Ernakulam district. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular in-person appointments. The ideal candidate will have& B2B experience, especially in the healthcare domain, strong communication skills, and an established professional& social media presence. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate both virtual and on-site meetings with key decision-makers
• Conduct on-site visits to assist with onboarding and relationship building
• Maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and support
• Represent the company across digital platforms to promote brand visibility and trust
• Gather feedback from clients to help shape product development and strategy

Requirements

• Location:& Must be based in or near the Ernakulam district and willing to travel locally
• Experience:
• 0 2 years of& B2B experience, preferably with healthcare clients
• Proven background in& customer relationship management
• Languages:& Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Technology:& Comfortable with CRM tools, email, video conferencing, and digital communication
• Social Media:& Active and professional presence on LinkedIn or similar platforms
• Mobility:& Preferably owns a two-wheeler and holds a valid driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields
• Previous experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-focused tech solutions
• Familiarity with community engagement or digital outreach is a bonus
