Business Development Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated& BBA or MBA freshers& to join our team as& Business Development Executive. This role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in sales and business growth. You will work closely with senior team members to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business initiatives.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
