Required Skills and Competencies:

Sales and Business Skills:

• Proven success in achieving sales targets in credit cards, banking, or financial products.
• Strong business acumen and market awareness.
• Ability to identify leads, convert prospects, and manage objections effectively.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
• Ability to engage with clients at all levels, including CXOs in B2B environments.
• Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
• Knowledge of credit card operations, billing cycles, reward structures, and underwriting processes.
