Job Description
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and managing a team of financial advisors.Key Responsibilities:Team Recruitment & Management:- Identify and recruit potential financial advisors.- Train and develop advisors on insurance products and sales techniques. Sales & Business Growth:- Achieve sales targets by driving business through financial advisors.- Support advisors in acquiring new clients and expanding their portfolio.- Promote Kotak Life Insurance products effectively to meet customer needs. Customer Relationship Management:- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.- Address customer queries and provide the right financial solutions. Compliance & Process Adherence:- Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines.- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.Desired Candidate Profile:- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.- 2 years of experience in sales, or financial services preferred.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Self-motivated and result-oriented.Perks & Benefits: - Attractive incentives and performance-based rewards.
