Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Generating leads for new business development- Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.- Identifying right clients across the industry.- Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.- Achieving revenue targets.- Preparing client contracts- We are looking to hire a dynamic, open-minded, self-starter who enjoys Business Leadership roles - You will be responsible for- attracting, developing, and closing new business- relationships.- Your primary goal will always be to- identify potential clients, secure new business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationships- with new clients.- You- must possess an exceptionally vast network, saturated with industry intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources to- achieve company objectives.Knowledge, skills and attributes:- Strong communication and presentation skills- Goal-oriented and organized team player who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Sales/presales experienceAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:- Management / Marketing GraduateExperience required:- Individual Contributor : 4 - 5 years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 2-3 years experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm catering to commercial premises (ref:updazz.com)
