Job DescriptionGreetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading recruitment consultancy firm.Our client a leading web development company (B2B) established in year 2020 & have 10 team members, looking for staff for their office at Makarba Area of Ahmedabad.Position: Business Development ExecutiveJob Timing: 10:00 to 7:30 PM (5 Days/week)Experience: 01 to 03 years of IT sales for International Clients.Payscale: 20 to 40K/MonthLocation: Ahmedabad (On-site only)Job Description:- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in English.- Basic knowledge of web development technologies, frameworks and CMS platforms.- Managing bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer & Experience writing technical proposals.- Lead generation through LinkedIn, calls, emails, referrals and collaboration.- Should be very good at initial requirement gathering and understanding the client s problem statement.- Good at creating project proposals and presentation.- Follow up with the lead and convert in new business.- Understanding of business development processes.- Good at researching, drafting and implementing new sales strategies with proven experience.- Proven experience in Managing the entire lead cycle from lead generation, nurturing to lead conversion.- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and are a proactive person who enjoys working collaboratively with other team members.
