Job Description
Responsibilities:1.Strategic Planning & Execution- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across various channels (digital, telecalling, direct sales, partnerships, etc.).- Identify target markets and customer segments.2. Team Management- Lead and manage a team of sales executives or business development officers.- Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to improve results.3. Lead Generation & Conversion- Oversee lead generation campaigns and ensure timely follow-up.- Analyze lead quality and optimize conversion strategies.4. Sales Funnel Optimization- Track customer acquisition metrics (e.g., cost per acquisition, conversion rates).- Improve the sales process to increase efficiency and reduce drop-off.5. Cross-functional Coordination- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance the customer onboarding experience.- Provide feedback from prospects to improve offerings.6. Market & Competitor Analysis- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.- Adjust acquisition tactics based on changing market dynamics.7. Reporting & Analytics- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management.- Use data to guide decisions and forecast future acquisition performance.8. Compliance & Customer Onboarding- Ensure all acquisition practices comply with regulatory standards.- Oversee smooth onboarding of new customersRequirements:1) Excellent communication and selling skills.2) Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.3) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.4) Education Background would be preferred.5) Preference would be given to Candidates from Education/Time Share/Financial Sales(Insurance only).6) Male / Female candidatesAshika kumari7457911134 (ref:updazz.com)
