Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting :

• Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, online platforms, social media, and networking.
• Generate leads from existing databases, referrals, B2B portals (like IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.

2. Client Acquisition :

• Understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and close deals.
• Pitch products/services to decision-makers at SMEs, corporates, institutions, or high-net-worth individuals (depending on industry).
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and finalize deals in line with company goals.

3. Relationship Management :

• Build strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and cross-selling opportunities.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with internal departments for delivery, support, and issue resolution.

4. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement :

• Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly) and maintain consistent performance.
• Maintain updated records of prospects, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM or Excel trackers.
• Provide sales forecasts and market feedback to management.

5. Marketing & Brand Representation :

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, industry meets, and seminars.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead conversion campaigns, mailers, and digital marketing.
• Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
