You will be designated as a Business Development Manager.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking and online research.
Follow up on sales leads, clearly presenting relevant and accurate information.
Use telephone, email, and internet tools to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Become a product expert and confidently present the company s offerings to prospective and current customers.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Participate in daily SCRUM meetings with the Sales Manager.
Attend weekly, monthly, and annual sales review meetings as scheduled by management.
Ensure timely submission of task reports.
Share your daily work plan with the Sales Manager.
Stay focused on contributing to the company s growth.
Take full responsibility for achieving your targets and submitting reports on time.

Skills:
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
