About the Role:- We re looking for highly motivated, entry-level Freshers/Entry-Level Executives to join our growing team.
-In this role, you ll be responsible for our subscription-based real estate technology platform to agents and brokers across the U.S.A- You ll work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where initiative and strong communication drive results.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with real estate agents and brokerages to understand their needs and position our platform as the solution.- Product Demos: Attending virtual or Product demonstrations of our platform tailored to client pain points.- Lead Generation: To make Sure OUR TEAM attend local real estate events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and prospecting.- Outreach: Maintain daily activity targets through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calendar scheduling.- Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to log interactions, manage follow-ups, track deal stages, and forecast pipeline health.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline outreach, demo processes, or follow-up activities to improve conversion rates.- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge in all client-facing interactions.You ll Thrive in This Role If You:- Are a fast learner with a passion for technology and the real estate industry.- Are confident communicating with U.S.-based professionals across various channels (phone, email, video).- Can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing sales strategies.- Are comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or are eager to learn.- Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
