Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Role overview: The& Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive& will play a critical role in expanding their marketplace s reach and customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and on - boarding new manufacturers and suppliers, developing strategic partnerships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify, approach, and onboard new manufacturers and suppliers to strengthen marketplace offerings.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective business partners .
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging industry trends.

2. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new partners and expanding existing business relationships.
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to drive long-term business growth .
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize profitability.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Understand partner requirements and ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the marketplace.
• Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and resolve their concerns efficiently.

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses to management.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and overall business performance .

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Professional Skills

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketplace onboarding .
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, vendor management, and partnership building .
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and reporting tools .
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, B2B platforms, or supplier networks is preferred.
