We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Kitchen Division to lead and expand our kitchen product offerings in Sultanpur, New Delhi.Job Overview:The Sales Manager for the Kitchen Division will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, for our premium kitchen products. This position requires a strong leadership mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of luxury kitchen solutions. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales team, and work closely with clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales targets for the Kitchen Division.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings in the luxury kitchen space.- Set clear sales goals and KPIs, and track performance to ensure the achievement of sales targets.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.- Understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.- Conduct high-level client meetings and presentations to showcase premium kitchen solutions.Team Leadership & Development:- Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives and consultants.- Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and product knowledge.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team to help them achieve individual and team goals.Sales Execution & Deal Closure:- Oversee the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing sales, ensuring smooth transactions and high conversion rates.- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients while maintaining profitability and brand standards.- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, design, customer support) to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.Product Knowledge & Market Insights:- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the kitchen design and luxury home products industry.- Provide ongoing product training and support to the sales team to enhance their ability to sell premium kitchen solutions.- Act as the subject matter expert in kitchen solutions, advising clients on the most appropriate products for their needs.Sales Reporting & Performance Monitoring:- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.- Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.Brand Representation & Networking:- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.- Network with key industry professionals, such as architects, builders, and designers, to build brand recognition and partnerships.Customer Satisfaction & After-Sales Support:- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.- Address client concerns or issues post-purchase and work with the after-sales team to ensure client satisfaction.- Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.- 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the luxury kitchen or home dcor industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- In-depth knowledge of kitchen products, appliances, and design trends in the premium/luxury segment.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:- Experience in high-value, consultative selling and working with high-net-worth clients.- Familiarity with kitchen design software and other...
