Responsibilities Finding, screening, and interviewing applicants to fill available vacancies is known as end-to-end recruitment. Work together with department heads to oversee the applicant tracking system ATS and comprehend hiring requirements. Onboarding & Orientation: Create and carry out onboarding programs to help new hires fit in with the company 's culture, making sure that necessary paperwork and tools are available on the first day. Employee Relations: Act as the initial point of contact for complaints from staff members, mediating disputes and making sure they are settled amicably and lawfully. Administration of Payroll and Benefits: Help with the precise processing of monthly payroll, which includes figuring out bonuses, leaves, and statutory deductions such professional tax, PF, and ESI. Implementation of Policies: Create and revise the company 's policies and employee handbook while making sure the business complies with regional labor and safety requirements.
