Time & Attendance Management: Use biometric or HRIS data to track and validate employee attendance, leave, and overtime hours. Benefits & Reimbursements: Oversee employee benefit plans and handle expenditure reimbursements, making sure they comply with tax regulations and business policy. Resolution of Query: Serve as the main point of contact for questions about employee payroll, including inconsistencies pertaining to taxes, benefits, or pay stubs. Reporting and Auditing: Provide thorough documentation to support internal and external audits and create monthly payroll reports for the finance team.
