Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new direct clients for contract staffing IT.- Develop, manage, and grow strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Delivery Heads, etc.).- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery.- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry events.- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to enhance business strategies.- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, client interaction, and contract details in CRM tools.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of contract staff.Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience in Business Development / Sales specifically in Contract Staffing, Temp Staffing, or IT Staffing.- Proven track record of closing direct client accounts and meeting sales targets.- Strong understanding of staffing industry, recruitment processes, and rate negotiations.- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Strong networking ability and proactive lead generation approach.
