Your main responsibility is to oversee day-to-day HR operations, plan end-to-end recruitment drives, oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, lead engagement initiatives, and keep accurate HR database records, while HR directors and chief human resources officers create high-level talent strategy, organisational design, and corporate culture frameworks. As the "Guardian of Employee Lifecycle Management, Workplace Culture, HR Compliance, and HR Data Integrity," you assume direct responsibility for fostering an environment at work that is high-performing, productive, and compliant. Key Skills: Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Proficiency: Strong grasp of candidate evaluation techniques, ATS navigation, interview scheduling workflows, and end-to-end sourcing in a variety of corporate and technical domains. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management: Practical knowledge of HRIS platforms, employee onboarding systems, leave/attendance monitoring, background checks, and offboarding procedures. Employee Relations & Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to uphold confidentiality, show empathy, politely respond to employee enquiries, and cultivate a positive work environment. Workplace health and safety procedures, typical corporate HR policies, statutory compliance requirements, and fundamental labour legislation are all clearly understood.
