Deputy Manager - Sourcing - Real Estate (1-6 Yrs) Mumbai (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

- Identification of CPs/realty Brokers, Franchises and signing them to generate business for the firm.- Establishing tie ups with reliable channel partners- Identifying channel partners in the markets, connecting on regular basis, promoting our projects to them.- Responsible for the sale of luxury high end spaces through CPs and HNI clientele base in markets- Ensure sales through channels (brokers and alternate channel) at active projects.- Building relationship with channel partners- Generate leads from channel partners.- Ensure that there is an increase in the number of walk in and leads through CPs.- To understand the reason of cancellation of deal closure if any and make necessary changes in the process.- Contribution of CP in value (Rs. Cr) and volume achievements (units) as per the targets.- To ensure smooth registration, training certification and brokerage disbursal for CPNecessary Qualification & Skills set- Graduate/Postgraduate.- Work Experience - 1years - 6 years (ref:updazz.com)
