Job Description

HR Executive HR Governance & Documentation Control Job Description: The "Talent Lifecycle Architect " and "Workplace Culture Authority " of our division are the HR Executive. Managing fundamental HR processes, including end-to-end hiring pipelines, employee onboarding matrices, statutory compliance, performance management tracking, and employee engagement frameworks, is your main responsibility. Serving as the "Organization-Employee Synergy Guardian, " you manage human capital procedures to guarantee an engaged, compliant, and productive workplace by bridging strategic business objectives with practical workforce requirements. The ideal applicant is a highly sympathetic, process-oriented professional who combines a systematic approach to labor laws, HR analytics, payroll inputs, and dispute resolution dynamics with astute talent seeking instincts. Key Duties End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire hiring process, finding candidate profiles on job boards such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn, evaluating credentials, setting up interviews, and directing the issuance of official offers. Organized Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the thorough onboarding process for new employees, managing workstation supply, document verification loops, and business orientation blocks to speed up time to productivity. HRIS Database & Lifecycle Logging: Update employee profiles, attendance matrices, leaves, transfers, and separation records in real time while maintaining complete data integrity inside HRMS. Payroll Input and Attendance Processing: Provide audited data structures to the finance cell for error-free payroll generation by combining monthly employee attendance parameters, leave balances, and incentive indices. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: To improve workplace morale, plan, coordinate, and carry out systematic employee engagement programs, town halls, feedback circles, and calendars for awards and recognition.
