This position manages immediate operational risks such as abrupt high-volume attrition, onboarding paperwork gaps, staff morale declines, and compliance oversights, bridging the gap between leadership business goals and shop floor human realities. Key Skills: Talent Sourcing & Portal Mastery: Outstanding ability to locate specialized technical or management profiles using sophisticated Boolean search strings, portal filters, and professional networks. Active Listening & Empathetic Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, a natural ability to relate to a variety of employee groups, and the ability to convey company policies in a firm yet kind manner. Data Analytics & HR Dashboarding: Advanced literacy using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to arrange raw employee lists, compute attrition percentages at the department level, and create clear Pareto charts for headcount. HRIS Platform & Tool Navigation Speed: Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), performance appraisal management dashboards, and standard HRIS software interfaces.
