HRIS & Payroll Software Command: Expertise in running automatic attendance systems and Human Resource Information Systems (Keka, Darwinbox, GreytHR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors). Fundamentals of Statutory Compliance and Labour Law: A practical grasp of provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), gratuity, POSH rules, and local labour compliance requirements.
